So the Henderson county sheriffs office announced to the WORLD they were arresting the 14 year old brother BEFORE they arrest him, or even notify the boy’s guardian. This is happening to members of my family. They are all grief stricken, and this is how they find out he’s being arrested. Poor excuse of a police department decision.
